I had the OS disks (XP Media 32 bit) but they only satisfy the computer by being in the CD drive. I have only a black screen and a blinking cursor. How do I make a bootable CD to install the OS?

Solution O O Outlander_04 Dec 14, 2013 To install from a DVD disk you have to enter BIOS and set the DVD drive to be the first boot device .
