Yes, both are pretty popular and I think both are a fine choice. Also, if you don't have the 760 yet, you might want to consider the 270x, as it is cheaper, and will give you the same performance.
  2. Already have the Geforce gtx 760 OC. Currently the gpu usage is very low in my games which I was lead to believe is a cpu bottleneck. I have a thread here about it. But yeah, I was just wondering if those would suffice and compliment the card real well, good to hear.

Well then you will have a decent little setup going on. Have fun with it! :)
  4. Thanks for the quick answer there. One last thing before I go... This will be a hefty performance lift coming from a phenom II x4 955 BE correct?

I personally have the motherboard and really couldn't ask for more for the price.

Oh god yes. The Fx-8320 would be my choice if I was building a budget build. 8-core will come in handy in the coming days. You can also easily OC them to meet the performance of a 8350. So overall a very nice choice.

  8. Awesome, glad to hear. As I currently hate seeing my 760 be held back by my current cpu after spending the money I did on the card.

EDIT: LOL Porks comment, makes me happy
