So I just recently built myself a new PC for school/gaming. I have a GeForce GTX 760 video card, an MSI Z87-G43 motherboard, 8GB of RAM, and a 4670k CPU. My question is how (with 2 HDMI cables) can I get both of my monitors to work? My video card only has 1 HDMI port on it, so I was wondering if I could run 1 monitor off that, and 1 off the motherboard directly.

After some quick google searches, I found that I need to enable my onboard video settings in BIOS. However, whenever I try that all I'm able to do it switch which display comes on at boot up, but they don't work at the same time. Someone please help, and in case it wasn't obvious already, I have very little no PC background knowledge.

Solution
enable both the integrated gpu and dedicated gpu in the BIOS settings. Go to screen resolution settings and click the "multiple display" drop list and choose "extended desktop".
