I have a 3 yr old PC. I would like to ask the community on how will i improve my PC for gaming. I don't have enough money to build a new one and just a couple of hundred bucks to spend. What should i do first? Buy a GTX 780? Buy a Samsung Evo 840 SSD? Overclock? Your help will be much appreciated. Thanks! Godbless!

my PC:

Asus p6x58d-e
Intel Core i7-950
Inno3d GTX 460 OC 1GB Gddr5
G. Skill Pi 6gb Ram

if you get the gtx780....you will need to oc your processor like hell to keep up the processor with your gpu (especially in cpu intensive games)

so you will have to get a better cooler than the h50

what about your psu by the way?????

Will adding more ram yield to better gaming experience? I overheard that 6gb of ram is "ok" for gaming?

6gb is good enough for gaming....but many recent games now recommend having 8gigs.

a couple of extra gigs of memory never hurts performance

Recommended specs for BF4 (official):

OS: 64-bit Windows 8
CPU(AMD): 6-core
CPU(Intel): 4-core
RAM: 8 GB
HDD: 30 GB
GPU(AMD): Radeon 7870
GPU(Nvidia): GeForce GT660
VRAM: 3 GB

Thank you very much! But sorry for being stubborn, but can a buy a good cpu cooler first? Overclock it to 4ghz then buy a gtx 780? Then add an additional triple channel kit next year? What do you think?
