That mobo will be fine at stock settings but I wouldn't even dare overclocking on it or you'll blow the VRM's.
You could maybe drop to a 500w PSU if you want to save money. 600w is a bit too much for that build.
Also, pcpartpicker isn't listing the price for your HDD so I updated that for you.

Here's a revision of your build.. added a better motherboard, changed PSU and updated storage price.
