How can i do it?

Ignore Sections 5.2.1 and 5.2.2 of your motherboard manual; just follow Section 5.2.3.

So:

1.) Use another computer to copy the RAID drivers from your motherboard's support DVD to a USB thumb drive.
2.) Connect your HDDs to the Intel SATA ports on your Maximus VI Hero
3.) Change the SATA mode the ports your HDDs are connected to to RAID mode
4.) Save your BIOS settings and reboot into RAID BIOS
5.) Create your RAID-0 array
6.) Save your RAID BIOS settings and reboot to your CD/DVD drive that contains your Windows installation disk
7.) Install Windows and follow the instructions on Section 5.2.3
