comp keeps restarting after 2 hrs of use need fix

hi guys need your help on this. i just bought this computer 3 weeks ago and this problem just started today.

Download CPUID HW monitor:)
Once installed just open it up and it will tell you the temperatures:)
Have you done any driver updates recently? Or sometimes windows update can install something incompatible which causes problems

CPU: AMD A4-5300
Mobo: Gigabyte F2A55M-DS2
GPU: PowerColor HD7730
OS: Win 7 Ult 32bit
..and a generic case w/ a generic psu..btw sir i don't know how to get the temperature readings(sorry)..can you teach me how?

here are the temp readings

Mobo: TMPIN0 Min 34°C, Max 34°C
TMPIN2 Min 16°C, Max 37°C
CPU: Min 51°C, Max 72°C
Optical Drive: Min 38°C, Max 38°C
GPU: Min 35°C, Max 36°C
