i want to buy a graphic card please tell me which graphic card will be best for my computer .My pc configuration is given below
system manufacture:gigabyte
system model:G31M-ES21
processor: Pentium (R) Dual-core E5300 @2.60GHz (2CPUs)~1.8 GHz
memory:2048MB RAM

chip type:intel(R) GMA 3100
approx total memory: 256 MB
current display: 1024 x 768 (32 bit) (85Hz)

Yes you can still run it but a 7750 is still way faster than a gt630. You should also check your psu

7750/7770, should be fine and I wouldn't go more than that, else you would run into a bottleneck. You may want to check your psu if you are going with a 7770 that it is at least a 400W with a 6 pin connector. Also, upgrade your ram to a minimum of 4gb

but i am having motherboard that support ddr2 ram can i still run a ddr3 graphic card
I am thinking of buying ZOTAC NVIDIA GEFORCE GT 630 SYNERGY EDITION 1 GB DDR3 GRAPHICS CARD will it run on my pc perfectly

thanks but plz tell me what is the use of checking psu in buying a graphic card and also tell me that how can i know my PCI-E bus standard

Your PCI Express standard doesn't matter on a graphics card like that.
The graphics card is the most power hungry component in a computer usually which is why you need to make sure you have a power supply able to power it.

Since the 7750/gt630 is a low powered card and gets all its power from the pci slot, it should be fine with a 300W psu but nothing lower than that, although I would recommend a 350W-400W.
