Hello, Im a perfectly normal person 
So, lets say I..COUGH.. someone wonted to build a super evil super computer, to take over the world and enslave mankind
Would it be best to do in the north or south poll so I could use the cold air to flush and cool the components,
OR EVEN!.. pump fringed water from the sea; for a over sized custom water loop
THEN I..COUGH..said person could over clock the **** out of the thing...
For SUPER SUPER DESTRUCTION AND EVIL-DEATH-DOOM MODE MWHAHAHA
If.. one were to water cool in such a way, would silver coils still work for rust prevention? OR MAYBE ZINK INSTED!!?
Lastly what OS? I do like windows but linux is free; and I..COUGH..said someone-person wouldn't wont to go over there 700,000,000,000,000 budget.
