Need help choosing a gaming motherboard

I need help choosing a gaming mother board for my first time build pc. I don't understand what the MHz does on mother board, some say they are OC and some are higher MHz, how would that affect my gaming performance ? Also Im going to use intel 4770k and want the option to use 2 graphics card in the future. I just don't want to spend a lot of money on one if I don't have to. The only thing that is really important to me also is that the mother board have built in surround sound with fiber optic output. Someone please help me out.

Ok thanks a lot for fast response also I was told to stick to gigabyte brand is there any reason why I should or shouldn't. or are gigabyte and asus good brands and its just preference. Cuz it doesn't matter to me as long as it will handle my 16gb ram 32gb later down road 4770k and possibly gtx780ti gpu if I can get it from friend who says he will sell it to me for half price

Both Asus and Gigabyte are top notch brands, and yes it will support 32Gb of RAM
