Hello, I recently build my pc, and found out that my pc doesn't recognize my graphics card (MSI GTX 770 2GB OC). I can't install drivers, since it doesn't recognize it. At first everything didn't work, but I changed pci slot and the fans started turning. Is my gpu DOA or did I do something wrong?

Try these:

1. Try checking if the cables are properly attached to your gpu and that the gpu is firmly attached properly to the pci slot.
2. Make sure your psu has enough juice to power your card.
3. Remove any previous gpu drivers, if any.
4. Download the latest drivers online.
5. If all else fails, RMA your card.

The cause of it is often, That the right amount of 12v pcie connectors from the psu have not been connected.
Or from the Psu you have not fitted the eight pin power connector to the motherboard that is located near or around the cpu socket.

You also need to enter your bios and look for the option to set Pci-e first in the primary graphics order.
Save the settings before exiting the bios.

The oddest thing happens. When I remove the GPU, I can start up perfectly thanks to Intel Integrated Graphics, however, when I put it in Pci slot 1, the screen is black. When I put it in pci slot 2, it starts up fine

Try upgrading your BIOS. If that doesn't work then there are only 3 likely possibilities. (Provided you inserted it properly to the pci slot and the cables are firmly attached)
1. Your PSU can't handle the card.
2. Your card is dead.
3. Your motherboard pci slot is busted.
