GPU causes reboot when under stress

I've had my build around 2 years. I have a GTX 560Ti with a 600W Corsair PSU.

For some reason, whenever I load any games, such as GTA IV, the PC will reboot. I decided to run FurMark but as soon as I click "Go" to begin the testing, my PC reboots.

The temp when idle of my GPU is 17 degress C, so it's not like it's too hot, since it doesn't have time to get any hotter. It just reboots.

I've checked the connections, taken it out and cleaned it but still have no idea what's wrong.

Any suggestions?
Thanks

gotta be honest, im not sure. Get the latest drivers maybe?
also make sure nothing is upping the clock speed of the gpu when it is stressed. this happened to me...
basically, i overclocked as high as I could go and backed off ~20 MHz... well, Catalyst kept bumping my card up by 25MHz whenever it detected an AMD optimized game / app. I disabled the boost software ant my problem went away.

I've definetely got the latest drivers, I've got no boosting software and I haven't OC'd it.

Sure, I can remove the graphics card, but how would I test it? With FurMark again?

I couldn't start either GTA or furnark because the onboard graphics aren't good enough.

I tired stress testing using heavyload however, and my 560Ti (the one that causes problems) copes just fine, does it use the same type of testing as furnark? It claims to have reached 3060fps with no problems.
