Hello, I currently have an AMD FX 6100 processor with 8 GB RAM, GTX 650 , 1 TB hard drive.
But my prestations are pretty decent, I cant play battlefield 4 in any settings and internet surfing is pretty slow too, My internetbrowser (google chrome) needs 12 seconds to start up when I click on it. Now I am cosidering about buying an AMD FX 8350 + SAMSUNG SSD 250 GB OR intel core i7 4770k. My budget is 300 euro and the AMD processor and SSD make the 300,- and the intel core i7 4770k about 280,- . I mainly want to play games like BF 4, LoL, and fast multitasking and internet surfing.
Now my question is, What would you guys do? And do you have other solutions or tips?

If you get the i7 you'll have to get a new motherboard too.

Get an 8320/8350. The SSD would be nice too.
Do some antivrus/antimalware scans too. What's your current harddrive speed?

for gaming purpose..right..?
then your biggest concern should be your graphic card..

get a better graphic card..gtx 650 merely low end today, and it's have to struggle to deliver frame rate to your monitor when you playing today dames..

if you buy a 8350, you'll not not any noticeable performance gain in fps of your games..if you add it with ssd, it'll faster while load..that's all..your fx6100 still a decent gaming processor. yes, it's not the best, but it's still decent..

if you buy a 4770k, that's mean you have to buy a new motherboard, a motherboard with z87 chipset..

so, i suggest you to upgrade your graphic card, at least with 7870/270 or 660 class..

All the SSD would do is speed up the opening and usage of some programs. I feel your internet issues may be due to a slow internet speed.

What do you think are the best components to speed up this 3 points too inclusive a new graphic card for 350 euro?

I've done several hard disk clean ups and defragmentation, just doesnt solve the problems too. Do you think putting my PC back to fabric settings would help?

slow internet surfing and download speed problem..?
The problem is not on your computer..
The problem is on your internet provider.
then you must looking for the other provider, and buy faster bandwidth..

slow multitasking and 12 seconds chrome..?
reinstall your operating system..
scan your harddrive with chkdsk..
This should fix your problem..
