yes in battle field 3 some times my fps drop to 25 to 30 and there is no difference in fps when i change it from ultra with 4xmsaa to High settings !

im playing battle field 4 as well but single player mod and im getting fps upto 55 with out AA @ 1600x900

my driver is upto date latest amd beta and i have already checked the stable one but there is no difference in fps !

Try using an older version of GPUZ or changing drivers because GPUZ is reading or reporting incorrectly.
This is a software problem, there's nothing wrong with the card-if it were getting -72 volts it would not work.
Are you playing BF3 in single player or multiplayer?
Turn AA down, or off, it's reducing your frame rate by at least 25%.

i haven't use radeon for a very long time. also such parameter are not exist with geforce gpu when running gpu-z. as long as your gpu working right with games then it should be fine. about that black screen issue it could be a glitch but if it happen from time to time that could be another problem
