No its not. Time to replace the drive. You can also check with : http://crystalmark.info/software/CrystalDiskInfo/index-e.html to be more sure.

Crystaldisk shows that the drive is in perfect condition, so nothing to worry about. But as you can see different programs shows different results, so it will be better to have it checked with a third program, say your SSD vendors diagnostics tool. If the result is desirable with makers tool then there is nothing to worry about.
