the dual xeon is not in the same ball park. it would wipe the floor with the i7. the i7 4930K should be your choice if you're on a budget.

Tks but I think Dual Xeon is faster than i7 because it have large amout of cacheand lots of core

yes, the dual xeon would be much faster. it's also a lot more expensive. it's not in the same category. they are server processors. very powerful ones even. i7 is a desktop cpu, if anything you can compare it to the e3 server processor but with a higher clock speed.
