I brought a Leveno G400 wth a AMD Radeon 8570m graphics card pre installed. I cant see it on my laptop anywhere and there is no where for me to view the specs. but i can see it in my devices. when i right click on the desktop and select graphics properties or configure switchable graphics this is what it says

what does this mean?
I have the correct drivers already installed
How can i view my graphics card?
