The M65 is supposed to have a better sensor but I've heard so many good things about the Deathadder too.
If I had to choose between both:
If I was gonna use a Razer keyboard I'd get the DA 2013's
or if was gonna use a Corsair or a keyboard that's not made by Razer then I'd get the M65.
