Best ones I found:

Kingston Beast Series 8GB 1600MHz

Patriot 8GB

1.Why is the 1 stick of 8GB cheaper than the same RAM with 2 x 4 sticks?

2.Which Ballistix Sport RAM is better and why does the 1 x 8 have a lot less reviews?

3.Which RAM is the best?

4.With which RAM could I overclock the most using the Z87-G43?

5.If you can, put them in order from best to worst.

Any better RAM for a similar price?

Also it would be good if It could fit under the 212 EVO cooler in a Z11 Plus case

Solution
Although the GSkill RAM is very good, I would avoid it because of the tall heat spreaders which make it difficult to fit a CPU cooler.

I have had very good luck with Crucial RAM. The ones that you have linked would be a good choice or for 3 quid more you could get these: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Crucial-BLT2CP4G3D1608DT1TX0CEU-Ballistix-Tactical-Memory/dp/B005Y8C8JO/ref=pd_cp_computers_0

The advantage of the Tactical RAM is tighter timings: 8-8-8-24 as compared to 9-9-9-24 on the "Sport" modules. Tighter timing is always a good thing!

1. Because you're physically buying more silicon with 2 sticks :p Aside from that, dual channel memory is faster than single channel.

2. The dual channel 2x4GB is better than the 1x8GB for the reason above. Dual channel simply is faster than single channel.

3. Go with the G.Skill you linked. It will work with your motherboard. I'm recommending it because I know it usually has a good service record.

4. Why would you overclock RAM? It's the least effective way to gain performance through overclocking. If you REALLY wanted to though, the G.Skill also is good because it's 1.5V at stock, meaning you can add more volts to support higher frequencies. Still, it's not a huge help.

5. The dual channels you linked are all better than the single channel.
As for best of the dual channels, The G.Skill, Crucial (2x4GB), and Patriot are essentially the same. You won't be able to tell a difference. Go with the G.Skill because it's the cheapest.
The Kingston is bad because it's already at 1.65V at stock, meaning you can't really do any overclocking with it and it might not even work with your board/processor (although it most likely would)
The "worst" is the single channel, just because it will perform worse. Still not a huge deal, but enough to justify getting a dual channel kit.

If you had just asked "Best 8GB RAM for my board, possible overclocking" I would have suggested the G.Skill you linked.

As for your last question, I have no way of knowing. You would have to measure it yourself to see. The G.Skills are 40 mm / 1.58 inch tall.

I hope that helps!

Those look really nice. And for only £3 more, you might as well get them.

Like Yogi said, the G.Skill's heat spreaders might get in the way, so the lower profile of the Crucial will have a better chance of fitting.

Plus, Crucial is my favorite brand :p

If you get the sticks Yogi recommended, don't overclock them. There's no point.

I OC'd mine all the way to 2133 MHz. I figure, "Why not?"

It's not a big deal either way, but...

Overclocking RAM:
Pros:
Intangible performance boost
Bragging rights

Cons:
Time invested
Higher power consumption
More heat
Chance of instability (if you don't do it right)
Reduced component lifespan (?)

That's how I see it anyway :p
