Can i7-4930K OC to 4.5Ghz run at that speed 24/7

I am a beginner in Overclocking, I spent the whole day getting the 4930K to OC to 4.5GHZ with 1.32V. Is the voltage too high? And can I run at that speed 24/7, if I do how long will it take for the CPU to die out if i run it 24/7.
BTW I already finish stability test using IBT and is stabale SO FAR.

what are your temps?

The voltage are barely high. Try decrease your voltage until U can't boot into Windows or BSOD

At 1.3v the system can boot and run. But sometime will hang forever.
Btw my temperature is 34oc at normal (room temperature is about 30oc) highest temperature during stress test is 71oc.

Now for some reason it is rock stable at 1.3v after I clear CMOS. Max temperature at 71oC. Is it okay?

10 times on high.30 times on standard.
