I wanna get my HP - Compaq Pavilion g7-2323dx to play computer games like league of legends, neverwinter and guild wars 2 with out any lag. Is this anyway of getting a good graphics card and more ram to do this? or would i just have to go buy another laptop?

If you're going to spend the money to buy a new laptop, just buy a gaming desktop instead of spending the money to either upgrade or buy another laptop. IT would be pretty expensive to upgrade the video card in a laptop.
That way you have a decent gaming machine and still have a laptop for mobile use for the other programs.
