Hello,
Only newly build pc im trying to install windows 7 and I keep getting an error status: 0xc00000e9
Info: an unexpected I/O error has occured.
I also tried installing lunix and that gives me a failure to install grub boot loader.
Im running an samsung 120gb SSD and asus z78 motherboard> Asus UEFI Bios utility.
Asus bios utility shows no hardware issues and recognizes my hd and dvd drive etc.
Drive is installed through sata cable and sata mode is set to AHCI and S.M.A.R.T. status check enabled(shows no errors)
Fast boot disabled and secure boot state Disabled.
CSM (compatibility support mode) launch csm enabled. Boot device control UEFI and Legacy OpRom.
