I have just started purchasing parts for my first computer build, I am planning on purchasing an MSI GTX 770 but i am not sure whether the Corsair RM650 PSU can be used with it or not as the GTX 770 requires 2 8-pin connectors and the PSU only has 1 6+2 socket and 4 6pin sockets?

if anyone can help with this it would be appreciated.

Thanks

For a system using a single MSI GTX 770 TwinFrozr Gaming [N770 TF 2GD5] graphics card NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 600 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 32 Amps or greater and that has at least two 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

The Corsair RM650 (SKU# 75-001936 / CP-9020054) power supply unit, with its maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 54 Amps and with four (6+2)-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors, is way more than sufficient to power your system configuration with a single MSI GTX 770 TwinFrozr Gaming [N770 TF 2GD5] graphics card.
