My computer has not been posting for the past two days, I left the system on the login screen before going to work, when I came back the computer appeared to be frozen. I restarted the computer and it posted, but gave a message saying the bios software had not been installed correctly, then it went to a black screen. I restarted again, but this time the computer would only power and did not post. To make sure it wasn't just my monitor not displaying, I tried it on another computer and there are no problems there. I checked all the components and cables and make sure they were seated and fully connected correctly. The system will still not post however. I am unsure of what else I can do to figure out why the system is not posting, any help would be greatly appreciated. The specs for my system are:
Mobo: Asus P6T Deluxe V2
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 260 GTX
CPU: Intel i7 core LGA 1366
RAM: GSkills 6GB (3 x 2GB)
HDD: 2x WD 640GB 7200rpm
PSU: Corsair 750w

None of these items have been changed in the past year or so, I did have to replace my CPU heatsink fan, but that is the only component that has been different to the system in a while, that was changed out about 3 months ago.
Once again any help with this would be wonderful, thanks in advance.

Hello... ASUS uses Java script for their website and it is dificult to copy and paste these Links to their information, But I got ya close to the information and it may require some extra input from you to get there.
Here are procedure that you should try first, http://support.asus.com/Troubleshooting/detail.aspx?SLanguage=en&p=1&m=P6T&s=29&hashedid=QtpKQuERkuYw6trc&os=&no=1722
Here are your BIOs versions and BIOS-Utility page, http://support.asus.com/download.aspx?SLanguage=en&p=1&s=29&m=P6T
Here is the DOS version procedure, http://support.asus.com/Troubleshooting/detail.aspx?SLanguage=en&p=1&m=P6T&s=29&hashedid=QtpKQuERkuYw6trc&os=&no=937

Hello... Verify in another computer if your Video card is working too... if you have Automatic updates on and you leave your computer running 24/7 there can be alot of software/files/program changes, depends on what you selected to update at will... A BIO's update not completed can be death to any piece of hardware GPU/MB/etc... but is fixable, for any of them, if you can locate them and learn the steps needed to install them without needing a visual/monitor display.
Also try to just clear/reset your CMOS memory to it's defaults, as a quick remedy.

I checked my video card and it looks like that is fine, other system booted posted and displayed without any issue, I went ahead and reset the CMOS battery just to check, still getting a black screen and no post, how might I go about finding the steps for reinstalling software for my MB and such?

In the Past you would create a bootable DOS disk, and have the Flash utility *.exe file on it, and using notepad write a *.bat file with the correct Command syntex to start the Flash utility and Load the *.rom file to your BIO's chip, without having a screen or needing to provide any keyboard interaction or visual feedback for it to complete.

It does mention the provided DISK might be a BOOTable option, but if your screen doesn't work and it needs screen interaction, you need to make a BOOTable media, add the DOS flash utility, and add the *.bat file.

Thanks a bunch for all the information, I am in the process of trying to make one of the options work, reseting the CMOS definitely did not help, I tried just running the motherboard disk, but it does not appear to do anything. I am attempting to make a bootable flash drive to get that .bat file working, but I am a little new to writing .bat files and am not sure how to make it run off a flash drive when the system is first booted. Also I did not note this before, but my mouse and keyboard do not appear to be getting any sort of power or signal from the board, this may be a normal issue when dealing with a BIOS that is messed up, but I figured I would mention it as well.
