I think I got scammed - Toshiba 16mb vs Caviar Black (64mb?)

Recently I bought a full PC which was supposed to include a 1TB Caviar Black, but instead it had a 1TB Toshiba 16mb.

I need to know how much worse it is.

Also, should I buy something else anyway if the merchant doesn't give me the CB?

The machine is for gaming, with a gtx 760, i7-4770, etc.

Edit: Yes, both are 7200rpm

Right, I'll try that. But I want to know how much worse the disk he gave me is. Having 1/4 of the cache sounds terrible, but who knows. For example, I have read reviews about the gtx 760 2gb vs 4gb saying there was almost no difference.

And there's also the fact that I have already owned a caviar black and it died about 8 months after I bought it, so it's not like I was a fan of the brand.

Won't be that much different. They are both mechanical HDD (and I presume they are 7200rpm) after all.
I'd worry more about the warranty length of the HDD. I think WD Black series has longer warranty than the others, but that was long time ago so you should double check.
I don't trust one brand over another, but I do have mostly WD (5). I also have 2 Hitachi and 2 Seagate that's been working fine for years as well.

The Black series from WD still carries a 5 yr warranty. I inadvertently overlooked it earlier, but did you mean to say a "plain" WD Black rather than Caviar Black? The Caviar Black is from WD's laptop/notebook series. And having only 16MB cache vs 64MB cache will drastically affect some programs/games being run.

No, it was listed as Caviar Black. I didn't know it was for notebooks. Hmm...
