I am building a completely fanless pc that will be used as a workstation.
The case I will be using is HFX Monster from Endpcnoise.com
I originally wanted to use 4770S as I thought it would run cooler than the 4770, yet a number of reviews on Newegg and elsewhere say that it actually runs hotter. Are they doing something wrong or is it true?
Now the 4771 came out and I am thinking of using it instead. Will it run cooler than 4770?
One reviewer noted that under load he had it at 60 degrees, and commented that it is too hot. But it's not hotter than 4770 would be under load is it?
I am not sure which of these 3 cpus I should go with and would greatly appreciated your advice.
