Will this CPU Cooler be enough?

Unless your planning on overclocking you CPU I wouldn't worry about an aftermarket CPU cooler right away. While the stock heat sink and fan may not be the ideal setup, its more than capable of keeping your CPU cool at stock frequencies.
It wouldn't be very wise for Intel to include a cooler with their CPUs that will cause your processor to overheat.
Besides, that CPU cooler that you linked to wouldn't do much better than the one you get for free with your processor.
