Overspending on a motherboard for example.

Wow, thanks. Yeah I was wondering on which Motherboard and cpu to use but I don't know that much about which mother boards are good. But could this motherboard and psu handle another video card if I plan to put them in crossfire? Also should I stick with the Amd 8320 or go for a i5 3570k or i5 4670k?

Ok, so I decided on what I want, but the case I have has 2 x usb 2.0 front, but does not have usb 3.0 front panel port and the motherboard I have has a usb 3.0 header. What do you guys think I should do?
