Nvidia GTX 660-ti

would a gtx 660-ti work with a 650w psu
i read the requirments and it says 450w and 24 amps but i don't know what amps are so yeah
please help

Most likely yes! Could you tell me the model number of the Power Supply though just to make sure?

It should work fine even with a 500W, its more then enough.. So go get it!

PS: i do hope its a good brand or an 80+ PSU just for making sure..

It's gonna work, just fine, just dont OC anything.
Check it out, look for "Minimum Recommended System Power" at the bottom:

500w and 30 amps is pushing it. I would reccommend at least 550w 80+ and a good name brand (Corsair, Antec, Seasonic, OCZ, XFX, and even Rosewill is good as long as you get their 80+ models)

Well I'm running SLi'd 660Ti's on a 620w PSU so I say yes.
