Prodigy is definitely the way to go if you want to fit a lot of stuff inside, especially if you want a 240mm radiator. Otherwise there are potentially better candidates, as it's really too big to be a true ITX case.

Antec ISK600 should be coming out soon, and it seems to hit those points very well. the Prodigy stuff is a fair bit bigger since it has a lot of space inside for 3.5" hard drives - the Antec i think only has space for 2.
If you are on a budget, Cooler Master Elite 120. Never used it but it looks good and meets your criteria. The key is mini Itx form factor with ATX PSU. There aren't many options.
