I have 6.25' of CPU Cooler clearance. I want a CPU Cooler for my first build that has the "snaps" like the included cooler to attach to the Mobo. I need help finding one that fits in my case and has the "snaps" and is overclocking capable. Can anyone help?

In a small enclosure you will have to go with a small watercooled unit.

First. A prebuilt watercooler is not your only option.

Second. You aren't going to find one that snaps - give up. Sorry, but there are only a handful that bother to attach that way because it's WAY less secure.

Third. You aren't going to be able to do much overclocking with a mini-itx build; even with the largest cooler you can cram in there, heat and size are going to constrain you.

That being said, if you're going to do it anyways, I suggest the GeminII S524 with an aftermarket 140mm fan; it's about the best that you can get.

A watercooled unit will allow you to overclock far beyond what you can with an air cooled unit, it will also vent hot air from the rest of your system whereas an air cooler will not, requiring additional fans.

FAN:
Make sure if you use a radiator that you use a good HIGH STATIC PRESSURE fan. Noctua is a good choice if you have to replace the fan.

What CASE do you have?
(It's hard to answer your question without knowing this.)

What BUDGET do you have?

What MOTHERBOARD socket do you have?
(most have adapters, but not all are compatible with every socket.)

HEIGHT:
6" is about 152mm. Most coolers (not all) will fit. Careful with:
a) DDR3 RAM heigh
b) DIRECTION of fan (face rear or above?)

Which one?
It's hard to recommend a model without more information so I'll just recommend TWO for now:

a) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

b) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

These two coolers are completely different in price, fan direction and performance. The Noctua doesn't have a huge difference in fan speed but it does have adapters. It MIGHT be more suitable in a small case though to double as a case fan so you might prefer it to push a lot of air relatively quietly at all times.

tall order you cant really get low profile coolers with just the snap attachments

only cooler i could think of is this it has a backplate so youll have to remove motherboard but is small enough for your case
