I am going to play battlefield 4 on this. The only thing I am wondering is will this run it at 1080p on ultra at ~60 fps?

I will also be looking to play other games such as the total war series on max settings at ~40 fps. Another game that I want to run well is Minecraft for when I have no internet at ~60 fps. If you have another build that is less expensive and can meet my requirements please let me know.
Thanks!

Solution
That's a bit better but:
-The CM Hyper 212 EVO will out-perform the Zalman at the same price.
-Instead of crossfire R9-270X, you should just go for a single R9-280X. A single R9-280X can already max out BF4 on ultra at 60fps.

-Much, much better quality motherboard and cpu cooler. You can actually overclock it now.
-Much, much better quality case and psu. The Thermaltake is a lower quality case and the Coolmax psu is complete crap. This case has much better airflow and will last much longer. The psu will actually run your system instead of blowing up on you.
-Of course, to fit these much better quality components in, I had to downgrade the processor and gpu. The FX-8320 is just 500mhz slower than the 8350. You can easily overclock it to perform like a 8350.
-The R9-290 was too expensive in this build. A GTX 770 fits this budget perfectly and it can max out anything at 1080p.

The cpu cooler is still trash. The CM Hyper 212 EVO will perform a lot better for only an extra $20.
The psu is complete trash. It will probably blow up on you and destroy the R9-290 with it.
I would go for a higher quality case. The Thermaltake one does not offer very good airflow, and considering that the R9-290 runs hot you would want better airflow.

If you can't fit a better case, psu, and cpu cooler into your budget, then drop the gpu to a GTX 770 or R9-280X.
