Is this build fine? Please tell me what i need to change.

The motherboard is a bit low end. You REALLY want a 970 chipset board minimum.

Everything else looks fine. You could get an xfx450 or cx430 PSU and still have WAY more than enough power.

The build should be good for mostly medium settings in modern games at 1080p.

Yep thats my problem i want to buy m3+ asrock 970 extreme3 mobo but that is not available in our local shop -.- i guess i need to buy it online?

You can buy it online for sure. The reason for getting a 970 chipset board is because anything lower are basically old board with an ame+ socket tacked on and aren't really made to be used with FX CPUs and would never hold up to any overclocking. You REALLY want a 970 board.

The RAM is fine.

The case has a top mounted PSU slot which is NOT ideal, but it will work, just won't look pretty on the inside.

The PSU is overkill but it is a quality unit.
