Im new to OC'ing and have read alot of post think i have some of it down. But as of now im confused with why my mb bio's is showing my vcore at 1.38 and cpu-z shows it at 1.08 and under max load 1.092?

What CPU-Z shows

yea ive seen that video already. Ty is a great one. But my ? is Why does my vcore show something like 1.45 in the bios but on cpuz it shows 1.06 underload. From all the guides i see the vcore in the bios is normally very close to what cpuz shows. .39 is a huge difference. What im asking is something wrong with my settings or something for it now to be showing around the same vcore or which one is my true vcore bios or what cpuz reads?
