I just built a new computer for my little brother. The build process went very well but upon attempting to install windows. I'm installing Windows 7 x64 Home Premium. During the install it gets to "expanding files" and it just stays hung up on 0%. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That part of the installation takes a really long time. How long has it been stuck?

Maybe about an hour? Thanks for the reply. :)

During the install, it gives you the option for "advanced" during the partitioning process. On the advanced screen, it will show partition 1 which is the one Windows automatically assigns. If there are any other partitions besides partition 2, delete them. Then highlight/select partition 2 and choose format. This wipes everything off partition 2. Then highlight partition 2, as the one you want to install the OS on. This worked for me, because I think what is happening is when Windows is writing to the disk for "expanding files" if there is anything else on that partition, it hangs up. Formatting/wiping partition 2 worked perfectly for me, it then wrote 1% every few seconds until it reached 100%.
