Hi! Folks

I have critical problems between Gigabyte B75M D3H
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4150#ov

and
Corsair 4gb 2EA momory
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004CRSM4I/ref=oh_details_o07_s00_i02?ie=UTF8&psc=1

CPU : Intel Xeon E3-1230V2 (3.3GHz/8MB/LGA1155)

Becuase, When I installed Corsair memory only 1EA, no problem.
But, installed 2EA memory sametime, following symptoms occur.
(Already memory slot swap whole slots. but If 2EA memory installed this thing occur. for example 1-3, 1-4, 1-2, ...blah blah )

Power also not a problem. Swap this power to another computer, that computer success fully works with current power.

About 1~2 second during power comes, but 1~2 second after power down...
this activity looping... So I can't boot by this problem. Never seen BIOS screen, and No beep sounds.

(Detail things, Please see on Youtube)

I think Corsair RAM is a not problem. Mainboard have a prbolem.
How about this problem on your ideas?

Thank you
