Hello I am looking to hook up multiple monitors with my HIS Radeon HD 4870 graphics card. The Graphics card has three outputs, two Dual DVI and one TV-Out, connecting my monitors to the DVI ports works well I can extend and duplicate etc. But when one is plugged into the TV out port all boot screens show and the Windows vista loading bar on the TV out screen but when windows boots it blanks out with the message "no display detected" leaving me with only one display running. I have the latest video and OS drivers installed but I've heard that older radeon cards seem to handle TV out without error. My goal is to run 3 monitors eventually but for now i cannot even utilize TV out in a single or dual set-up so ANY assistance would be much appreciated!!
HD 4870 Tv-out non functional with windows vista.
