So I decided to build a computer for about 1000 and I needed a monitor but no opperating system or mouse. I already bought my cpu the i5 4670k and the motherboard which is the msi z86 g45 gaming. I want to make sure everything else is good

Hmm they must be running out of inventory or something, used to be in the $300-315 range.
If you can get R9 280X at $300 it's good, if it is more or equal to the GTX770's then get a GTX770.

I would go with Xigmatek Gaia or Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO for the cooler instead of that Rosewill one.

Memory is fine, so is the HDD, PSU is ok, Case works.
Might want to get an optical drive, although it is pretty optional these days.

If there is money left over might consider R9 280X around $300, otherwise the GTX760 is fine.
