Asus Gryphon + GTX 780(Asus) + wifi pcie

Hello, guys!I'm building a new pc and I came with the decision to get an Asus Gryphon + Asus GTX 780...The thing is that I'll need a PCIe wifi card (some tp-link model with 3 antennas), do you think I'll have a problem fitting it in there?

Should be able to pop it in on the far PCI-E slot - as far as the USB adapters, don't know why not - I keep a variety around, and can access my router outside and about 80+ feet away anyway

I see, but I worry about the signal quality. There is no way I can move the router from its current position and the PC needs to stay in another room, the one I am at the moment. The next question would be: I am using a laptop with a Intel n2230 card... will an USB adapter have the same signal quality as this intel in the laptop? Also, I do get the point, but the previous question hasn't been answered.
