Hello everyone,
First time actually assembling a complete build, and I need some help.
In my system I have
CPU: i5-3570K
Mobo: ASRock Z77M Micro ATX
Ram: G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB
SSD: Samsung 840 Series 120GB
Cannibalized laptop HDDs: Samsung 320Gb 5400RPM & WD Blue 250Gb
Case: BitFenix Prodigy MicroATX
PSU: SeaSonic 620W
All fans spin. HDDs are buzzing. I get to the splash screen and that's it.
I press f2 and delete to get to the BIOS and nothing.
I wanted to see if its taking a signal from my keyboard so I tried ctrl+alt+delete and the pc resets.
I have tried all three of the graphic ports to see if anything else would happen and it does the same thing for all three.
I also tried taking out the motherboard battery and power and waiting 10 minutes. (result no change)
I have tried booting with just the SSD to see if the HDDs were doing something to the set up, and the same thing is happening.
Any ideas? Am I doing something wrong or not doing something I'm suppose to? Thanks in advance for any replies.
