faint horizontal lines on screen. What are they

I have an MSI 7950 gpu, When looking at white screens or screens of a pure colour such as netflix red, I can see faint horizontal lines on the screen. They arent black or white or any colour really you can just tell that their are super faint lines all over on the screen. My ps4 and xbox 360 do not do this only my computer with the gpu hooked up. Any suggestions?

You don't want to change the card only to realize it was the monitor causing the problem. Confirm it's the card by running another display device, like a TV.

If it's really the card, sell it high to some litecoin miners and get a much better card.

What display do you have? Do the lines move? Are they evenly spaced?
