Failed to get proc address for GetLogicalProcessor Information (KERNEL32.dll). I have XP SP2 and I dont want to go SP3

Read this (http://community.skype.com/t5/Windows-desktop-client/Skype-Fatal-Error-KERNEL32-dll/td-p/1916819); update to SP3 and it will solve the error. If you don't update you get to keep the error.
