i have a intel celeron B830 1.8ghz mobileprocessor with a sandybridge chipset with is on a rPGA988b socket and max TBP is 35w 32nm and i wanna know if i can buy a better processor to put in my laptop

you can but whats your graphics card ? nvidia or onboard hd if its onboard forget it theres really no point
