Question about SSHDD (standard HDD system image restore on new SSHDD or no?)

i just bought a new SSHDD('Hybrid HDD') http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EIQTOFY/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

and i have 2 questions, if i were to use a system image of my current windows from my hdd (just a standard HDD, "WD Green") and use it on the new SSHDD, will it perform optimally still? i saw somewhere, where someone was saying that if you have a "standard HDD" and do the system restore thing, they say its not optimal, and you're better off starting with a fresh windows install.

and my other question, i think is kind of silly/obvious, but might as well ask anyway just to be sure; if i have windows create/place the system image on the SSHDD that i want to use the image on, is that possible? the option to place the image on that drive exists (its actually the only applicable drive, since all my other ones are formatted as NTFS.)

Thanks and happy Holidays!

Solution
The SSD alignment problem is applicable only when using image to restore on an SSD, not an SSHDD. The cache in the SSHDD will build up over time to give you faster performance.

I don't understand your second question.

Thankyou! also, thanks for the explanation, i was curious what/why they had said not to do that with an SSD.

the 2nd questions was kinda dumb, idk. i just wanted to make sure that when i try and do the image restore on my SSHDD that i would be able to use the image that would be on said SSHDD.
