Hi all! im having trouble with my new build and would appreciate any help. sorry if this is in the wrong thread
my specs:
ASUS z87 pro
i5 4670k
gtx 770
16 gb (2x8) crucial ballistix tactical ram 1866mhz
corsair hx 750 psu
SanDisk 128gb SSD
WD Black 1tb HDD
Hyper 212 evo
so my computer was working fine earlier, then i went into the bios to set the ram frequency to 1866 as intended. when i restarted the computer it didnt finish posting and got hung up on debug led 78
after many resets the debug led always flickers through numbers and gets hung up on one. (usually 78 or 60). When i press the Memok! button on the mobo it goes into bios and then i set everything back to default settings. when it restarts the same thing happens. PLEASE NOTE: while im in bios if i click exist without saving and it doesnt require a reboot it will load the os and go into windows normally. when you turn it off and back on it wont go into bios, just gets hung up on a debug led. any ideas what this could be? thanks!
