New build intel 4930k Asus P9X79 pro CPU red led on and unable to bootup.

Firstly mobo is -Gigabyte UD3, problem of unable to boot up when startup. No flashing done and there is no CPU red led function on this mobo,
And i change to asus P9X79 pro. Same problem of unable to boot up and there is red CPU led light on.
Flash it with USB flashing - look like nothing flash at all by following instruction on USB flashing.
Nothing chnage. I still cant boot up the system ???
Help !!

Nice to hear your expensie cpu is fine. Didn't really expected to have that minor problem, but that's better.

The red led is on means something's wrong with the cpu. Try replacing it with a similar cpu compatible to the motherboard socket for a while, if it boots up then you need to replace your cpu. Make sure every hardware and connectors are tight in it's place.

I have try everything - Flash Bio with latest version and converter .ROM, CAP. Nothing happen as it only blink one the most twice. Attach diagnostic Mobo speaker - no sound only red cpu led. I stripped the cpu - no bent pins on mobo. I transfer all hardware except mobo and CPU chip to my I5 system - I5 is flying.

The only is your way of switching another CPU - I cannot affort another one and my friend also dont any 2011 chip.

Help ! last resourse is to sent back to vendor but before that I will like to hear you guys solution.

Finally my P9X79 Pro flying now.

The mistake i make is when I flash the lastest bio CAP file and forget to rename the file name to P9X79PRO.CAP

After flashing it lastest cap of rename bio. My system now is FLYING
