I bought my HP G62 - specs - in 2011.
Sometimes it overheats and turns itself off but in the past week whenever I have tried to play videos on Youtube or JWplayer etc. it freezes and I can't move the mouse or use the keyboard so I have to switch it off.
Whenever I turn it on it says I may need to change the battery but I don't see how this would affect playing videos. I think it might be a shockwave issue but I'm not sure how to fix it. Please help. Thanks
