Last night I built my pc and it was awesome it booted fine and everything but when i was moving it I heard a noise come from within. When i opened the case I saw the heat sink hanging on by one latch I fixed it put the computer where i wanted it and went to sleep.
When I woke up i booted the computer it started up and the lights when on then about 3 seconds later it turned off. I looked in side the case to see the heatsink was yet again hanging on by one latch. I sorted it out again and tried to boot. The computer worked fine for about 15 minutes until the heatsink fell out I then moved the PC and put it on it's side so the heatsink can't fall out. I don't know what to do here is a picture of the heatsink in the case: http://imgur.com/AZZoeS9
Thanks

In your pic it looks like the pressure /locking latch is not engaged.

At the top of the motherboard near the cpu fan plug the heat sink has a lever you need to move from vertical to horizontal.

make sure both latches are attached and the lever is down to lock it in place otherwise it will just fall off

And if it's been on and off that many times, you probably need to clean and reapply your thermal paste.
