How will this PC Run BF4, Crysis 3, Warthunder and more?

I put together a list of parts for my friend who wants to build a PC

Here it is. How can this run some of the latest games? BF4 ultra 1080p? Crysis on Highest 1080p? Warthunder maxed out? Minecraft? (<-- Lol)

No it will not the 270x is not powerful enough to put out ultra settings.

I should mention I mean at 60fps, honestly the experience would be just fine.

270x probably will get 50 FPS average on Ultra without AA, especially with mantle coming

Spent....I think you are wrong :/ Sorry but I've seen this GPU paired with a lower end CPu and it got around 40-55 MAX.

This isnt the video I saw but http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MO1w1c0_K74 This guy has a 4770K and that GPU so he gets 38-59 so with the 4430 Im sure he'll get 40-50 which is great. I saw someone with an FX 6300 and gigabyte 270x getting around...wait...found the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUMPURLn5sU

and this isnt even the gigabyte one.

The 270x is better than the GTX 660 andu have it OC'd running at Ultra with no AA at that FPS, not sure about the CPU though
