is there any problem if i run amd r9 290 without cooler ? it reaches to 95 degree C. but if i run this for 4-5 hours is there any damage to this card....

It depends on the intensity of what you are doing, if you play BF4 on ultra high like that, it will definitely damage the card. If you want to disable the fan because of it's noise, you can go with a GPU water cooling solution.

i dont have money for it to buy but if i dnt disable fan then can it prevent frm damage.

Yes, you can also control the fan if you want. Depending on your motherboard (works best with ASUS) you can adjust and control how the fan is used and ultimately how loud it is. If you cant find how to do that, you can download a tool to control that. May i know the manufacture of your R9?
